We first met Linda over the phone and had a conversation so she could get to know our home needs and wants. Once we made selection from the list Linda & Ron sent us, we went out the next day to view the properties. Linda and Ron were very efficient and easy to work with. They wasted no time to take us to view the properties and we saw enough houses to give us an idea of what we wanted. They very next day we went for a 2nd viewing and decided to make an offer. Linda stuck with us until the deal was done. There were no pressure sales. They gave us the encouragement to find what we wanted. We are very happy with Linda and Ron and would definitely use them again in the future.

We met Ron and Linda while we were looking for our first house. We found a really nice house and wanted to look at it as quickly as possible. We received a card with Ron & Linda's names so we called them. They were so nice to us and Linda had us in there in a couple of hours. We were amazed by their eagerness to help. We loved the house. Ron and Linda worked for us late in the evening faxing documents for us and trying to settle on the price with the owner. Linda was so professional, but explained things to us on a level which we understood. The deal has been closed for five months and Linda still calls to see how everything is going. Ron and Linda made it a great experience and I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

Ron, Linda is absolutely superb to work with. Basically, the decision to sell/buy was a snap decision and it could not have gone smoother. The process was quick because Linda took the time to find out about me and my style/requirements so the homes she took me to see were all appropriate because she had pre-screened them against my criteria. No time was wasted and the one I ended up purchasing could not be more perfect. Linda also has a network of professions that she works with including a brilliant mortgage broker I ended up working with who was able to break it down in terms I could understand and who was able to get me one heck of a deal. The only resource Linda was not able to help me out on was a moving company.
I would have no hesitation recommending either one of you to anyone I know who is looking for your individual services and I think there is a great benefit in you two establishing an alliance - you easily make each other look good!!
